About Reginald (Coach RGT)

I have been blessed to coach, counsel, speak, teach, and train as a health, wellness, and fitness consultant, for over 40 years. I am a former Master Fitness & Drill Instructor, for the U.S. Army, and have been an individual business entity and owner since the early 2000's. Every potential client is thorougly interviewed to determine what their health history, fitness regime, and realistic outcomes are for their future health. That said, I am looking for those clients (and families in some instances,) who are serious about their health, well - being, and health future. I provide a comprehensive academic and hands on 30 - minute, 3 - day per week, 6 - month sessions, in an online environment for Active Adult populations. I look forward to making agreements with Active Adults, who are ready to make lifestyle changes, for the rest of their lives. My specialty areas are in; boxing training, full body exercise, walking, weight training, combined with counseling to determine an effective and realistic outcome for the work efforts given.
