About Alex
Moving your body shouldn’t be a chore: it should be a pleasure! I use movements and principals from Animal Flow, Functional Range Conditioning, Dance, Floor Flow, Infinite Play and other QMT (Quadrupedal Movement Training) modalities to create efficient, safe and functional programs for YOU!
I've been teaching dance and movement since 2010. I am also FRC and Animal Flow Certified.

Consultations will consist of movement analysis & goals. All consultations and sessions are in-person and take place at a local location of your choice or at one of our work spaces (indoor and outdoor options available).
Primarily adults who are interested in moving better and becoming pain-free in the process.
Try different coaches! Don't settle for the first person you come across: shop around. FInd someone who not only knows their stuff, but also that you genuinely enjoy spending time with, and find inspiring.
