About Lee
We are a 24 hour gym and personal training and group training facility. I have been in the industry for 22 years. I have 2 degrees in the field and am certified. I enjoy seeing results and the satisfaction it gives them. This is a lifestyle change not a short term fix.
I enjoy seeing people improve and make healthy lifestyle decisions.
