About
Hi, I’m Barbara, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach passionate about helping people build healthier, stronger, and more confident lives.
My goal as a coach is to meet each person where they are and create a realistic, sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition. I believe health is not about quick fixes or perfection, it’s about building habits that support your goals and fit your lifestyle.
Through my training in exercise science and nutrition, I help clients develop personalized workout plans, improve their relationship with food, and create lasting changes through accountability and encouragement.
I have always enjoyed helping others grow and achieve things they once thought were out of reach. My coaching style focuses on education, support, and empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Whether your goal is improving strength, losing weight, building confidence, or creating healthier daily habits, I’m here to help guide and support you every step of the way.
