About Adela
Hi, My name is Adela. I have been personal training clients for over 2 years now.
I specialize in meeting people where they are and helping them achieve their goals in a sustainable way.
I train out of my garage gym. It's a small space but great if you are just getting started and a commercial gym feels overwhelming.
I look forward to meeting you and helping on your fitness journey. All are welcome and I strongly believe that fitness is for everyone.
I have a personal training certification through Nasm.
I am also currently working on my Pregnancy and Postpartem certification
