About Larry
My business produces significant results within the first two weeks! I have trained people for almost 30 years!!! There are no gym fees, no contracts and the 1st session is free. My prices are set at a very affordable rate of $25/hr..and I do measurements every week. I also throw in boxing just to mix things up a bit.
I have a passion for helping people to reach their goals..to help them to do things they never thought possible.

About the lesson

The new student will simply call and get in my schedule. Then..The student will come in and fill out a waiver form. Then he/she will do 10 minutes of cardio followed by 15-20 minutes of core..then light weights, lots of reps., generally speaking, for the upper and lower body. No gym fees, no contracts!
