About Michael
I started Michael Fit Life in 2010. As an ACE certified personal trainer, I'm experienced, dynamic, flexible & caring. My clients & I love my private one of a kind gym in Arlington. I believe that when you train with me, you use the best equipment, you do the best workouts, you get the best results & you become the best you. I love doing new workouts with my clients, so you never have to worry about getting bored. Every workout will be unique, challenging & tailor made for you. I focus on cardio, strength, core, balance & flexibility. Everybody has injuries and/or time challenges. I work around you. Get in touch & experience the Michael Fit Life difference!
