About Liz
I help my students gain the confidence and mindset shift they need to achieve their health and wellness goals. Seeing joy in students faces that they achieved their goal is priceless.
Through my specialty in Corrective Exercise, it's amazing to see my clients get stronger and confident after a long hiatus or surgery such as joint replacements or other injuries.

I offer Monthly Memberships and offer payment plan options. I do require a 3 month commitment so the student and myself can properly assess and design a program that fits the students goals and needs.
