About
✨ Self-Portrait Sessions: Art as a Mirror for the Soul ✨
This isn’t just a painting class to me; it’s an invitation to come home to yourself.
I created my Self-Portrait Sessions as a guided creative journey for anyone who feels stuck, disconnected, or unsure of the person staring back in the mirror. Through the simple yet powerful act of painting your own likeness, I help you look deeper than the surface, beyond appearance and into essence. Together, we explore the stories, beliefs, and emotions that shape how you see yourself, and we gently shift the lens toward truth, compassion, and possibility.
This work isn’t about how “good” your art is, it’s about what happens inside you while you create it. Every brushstroke becomes an act of curiosity, every layer a chance to release what no longer belongs and rediscover the strength and beauty that have been there all along.
I bring all the materials and travel to you, turning familiar spaces into sanctuaries for self-discovery. Whether we meet one-on-one or in a group, each session is a deeply personal experience; part art, part reflection, part healing- guiding you to see yourself in a whole new light.
