About Taite
I am a born artist comitted to helping people express their most creative selves. I have lived around the world, specifically, India, Ecuador, and Zambia - allow it to infuence my art in many different ways. Intentionality is a core value in my life; is apart of my business. When I lived over seas I grew in my ability to connect, teach, and love children and adults of all cultures and backgrounds. My goal is to help my students exercise their creativity and for art to be restful, not stressful. I have spent my life oil painting, but am greatly familiar with acrylic painting as well.

I start with the basics. I verbalize the importance of freedom in art and why we do it. I start with simple blending techniques, still lifes, and scenery. We also exercise our creative muscles by doing a small amount of expressionism, abstract, and surrealism. I think above all, it is important for my students to find freedom in their art work. I am very hands on and allow my students to learn by their "mistakes", or as Bob Ross would say, "happy accidents".
