About Susan
Susan Jacoby holds a Masters Degree in Oboe from UW. She has been performing and teaching for 20 years. She teaches beginners through advanced. Highly trained in performance practice and technique, she focuses on sound production, tone quality, and solid finger technique. Proficient in reed-making, she can help them with their reeds and teach them to make their own. She can prepare them for auditions, University admissions, and state solo contests, and of course, help them with their school music.
