About Heather
I am a Zoologist with a passion for educating others on life sciences. Specializing in Zoology including subsets Herpetology, Ornithology, Mammalogy, and Marine Biology. I have a focus in test prep, study techniques, and creative learning I aim to make Biology a fun and memorable experience, inspiring students to aim for excellence. I earned my B.S. in Zoology from Colorado State University and work with a humane society rescuing and rehabilitating domestic animals, and wildlife.
Sharing the phenomena of biology and zoology with others, watching their understanding and love for the subject grow, seeing the moment a student understands a topic, or finds something they want to learn more about is very rewarding.
I began by educating my friends as well as clients about animals and was told the passion I had for life sciences was contagious, and made the learning experience effortless. I love to share knowledge of Zoology and Biology and open the eyes of others to how wonderful the world of plants and animals can be.
I have a Bachelors in Zoology from Colorado State University as well as experience working in Vet Clinics as well as a Humane Society working hands on with wildlife.
