I worked with Jay while I was a student at Colorado College and he helped bring much needed young energy to the music faculty. Jay pretty much taught me how to produce and mix music. He inspired me creatively and taught me ways to make my production more interesting. He also taught me lots of technical mixing skills. I feel much more confident as an engineer and producer because of our work together.
