He is very smart about how to teach
Reliable, punctual, very organized and very patient, taking the time to go over concepts thoroughly. Using an approach that asks questions to see what the student knows and asking "what's next" in the process is effective in creating a bridge to the student and keeping them engaged.
I really like the way that he shows to us to understand the entire lesson.
