My job is my hobby

I have a doctors degree in the field, I was the head strength and conditioning coach for the Sacramento Kings for 18 years. I spent 7 years as head strength and conditioning coach for the Chinese national teams.

About the lesson

1.We ascertain if there is an injury history

2. We then test them in order to put them on the proper strength and conditioning program

3. if there is an injury or post injury we set them up with the appropriate rehabilitation program.

4. Each workout consists of cardio vascular, core work, total body strengthening and flexibility
