About Celia

B&C Conditioning is a unique strength and conditioning business that caters to their clients area of improvement based out of Rialto, California.

Owner Celia Valdez has been in the fitness industry since she was 4 years old. Pursuing her soccer career throughout high school, she eventually got recruited to play back east for Virginian Wesleyan University, playing all four years and graduating in 2015. Celia was a coach for Soccer Shots, working on soccer skills with young children, her Junior and Senior year of college. Since graduating, Celia has become heavily involved in the CrossFit community. Obtaining her Level 1 Training Certification, Celia has also competed in numerous competitions.

B&C Conditioning is a company thriving in the fitness community seeking to help others learn and grow in the sports they love.
