About Marlon
As a former pro and college athlete, my performance training has the gauranteed to help you increase speed, strength and flexibility, to gain that edge against competition
It is not work when you love what you do. It has always been my passion to help others.
I have been training/teaching all og my life. Meeting trainers and athletes around the world to enhance my skills
I am ISSA certfied and vertimax certified with 5 plus years of training experience.

Start off by asking students/clients what they goals are and how they plan on achieving them. Begin to schedule based on their availabilty and we get to work.
I have work with ages young as 7 years old all they way to adults
Do your research and ask questions. As a coach I like to develop a great relationship with others, so be sure that you gel with the right coach
I had a client who was struggling to increase speed in his 40 yard dash. Training with me for 6 weeks I was able to help him better his time from a 4.73 to 4.54 which is pretty good.
