About Lee
I have been training since 2004! I have worked with people who needed weight loss, muscle gain,speed and agility, strength and conditoning, football, basketball, softball, baseball etc. I played at the highest levels , College The Uiversity of Texas the NFL Tennessee Titans and I have trained peope at the highest level in most sports. I even served as the onset trainner on the Movie Friday night lights and I played the Role of Ivory Christian aka Preacher Man!
I enjoy growing the knowledge of the person so they can one day be dependent on themself and not me. Im happy to train them forever but im also happy if they can do the things I teach them on their own and maybe teach someone what they know.
