About Lily

I am experienced in every sport I teach and it gives me extreme joy to be able to pass along what was once taught to me.

Soccer- Started playing when I was 4. Started playing select for U-11 Crossfire at age 7. Played for WA ODP u-13 - u-15. For high-school, all 3 years I made first team. Senior year named all king-co MVP and all state goal keeper Played for Southern University, until I had a severe back injury. I started coaching at age 14 in camps and continued doing both camps and individual training.

Snowboarding--Started snowboarding when I was 6. Took lessons until I was 11. Started teaching at Snoqualmie at 19. The next 4 years I taught up at Steven's Pass.

Football - Started playing for the legends football league at age 23. Played for 5 years ,with strong safety / rover being my primary position. Named all star every year I played. Coached in several camps throughout the years.

I love being able to pass on something I am so passionate about and love to the next person. Being able to watch the student develop and grow as a athlete is one of my biggest joys. Coaching isn't even a job to me!

About the lesson

I do a assessment of skills, ability, and conditioning with a light training session. I then discuss with them and /or parents, goals, strengths ,weaknesses .I will then take all of that information and formulate a training plan for the student and the goals they are looking to achieve.
