About Lisa

I am a graduate from Institute For Integrative Nutrition and a 200 hr certified mediation teacher, who specializes in sleep, calming the mind, and relaxation.

It has been a lifelong goal to reach this point in my life. I want to teach from the heart and truly make a difference in the lives of my clients.

There is so much that goes into what I do and most all revolve around each other. You can not have a well-balanced life or mind when there are parts of it that are out of sync.

Together, we can discover, what your goals are, what you need support in, and how to find the inner peace we all strive for.

I can't imagine doing anything else in the world that would be more impactful in someone's life. When people have calm minds, know how to relieve anxiety and stress, or be able to understand that they aren't their emotions, or perhaps realizing that our past is only memories, and can only affect you if you live in the past, learning to be present, having a balanced life, all of this is achievable through the realization that we control our minds not allowing our minds to control us.

Together we can explore what your goals are. Your reasons for seeking out meditation and or coaching. We are a smart species and having amazing minds! Deep down we know what we need to do, sometimes it takes having someone there along the way to help out, to ask the right questions, or to have the techniques to help you along the way. I feel truly blesses when I can help someone to become the person they were always meant to be.

About the lesson

Meeting over Zoom during this time of COVID, we could eventually meet person to person once the threat of illness has significantly decreased.

Our first meeting will be getting to know each other and seeing if we are a right fit for each other.

After the initial meeting, depending on what they choose, we would either meet once a week or every two weeks same time and day.

Each meeting, we would discuss what is new, what has been accomplished, and what needs to be worked on. Each session would begin with a ten-minute meditation followed by the aforementioned.

Mediation, I would produce a meditation MP3 for you to use nightly or daily. We would meet and discuss what your needs are and adjust the meditation that may need some tweaking.

We will be using a scientific approach based on a questionnaire for very personalized sessions in the near future. I am very excited about this!
