I teach a thoroughly modern approach to discovering your path and to living your life in on your terms and in your way. You truly can be accomplished, successful, and valued without selling out. You can also be yourself without having to give up everything you have worked so hard to achieve.

I use meditation as a way to reduce your stress so that you can overcome ths distractions and delusions that have kept you from being your best self no matter what you want to do - even if you're not sure what that is.

I will teach you to address the issues of today while overcoming those of your past so you can be the person you were meant to be all along.

I enjoy helping people grow comfortable with who they are and succeed no matter what the world puts in their way.

About the lesson

I am selective about the clients I work with. I prefer to speak over the phone or a coffee first to ensure you are comfortable with my style of meditation, and I with your willingness to learn. If we both decide it is a good fit, we begin.

My sessions start with a seated practice to remove any stress you may be experiencing. We then talk about what is going on or that you are anticipating and we then practice a meditation specifically for that issue.

In this way you will build a practice that works for your life and on your terms. It creates a very functional practice that you can live with and benefit from with your first session.

My clients love my approach and the benefits they see from it immediately. I know you will too.
