About Melissa
Hello! Welcome to Yoga Fit! My name is Melissa and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. I was first introduced to yoga in 2013 after a disheartening diagnosis of breast cancer. Yoga helped me recover from the side effects of chemotherapy, depression and anxiety. I started to practice regularly and quickly noticed the positive impact it had on my life. I decided to become a yoga instructor to share this gift. Now, my passion and purpose is to inspire and introduce others to yoga and all the benefits it has to offer the body, mind and soul!
