About Edward
I am an expert at helping people relax their bodies and return to sense of balance, strength, and healing. I have been teaching open-hearted movement, meditation & martial arts since 2008. I am a senior certified Sheng Zhen instructor with experience teaching private sessions, large group events, one hour classes through weekend workshops. I have helped 100’s of students relax their bodies, quiet their minds, and experience the strength and power of an open heart full of love.
