About Sindhu sri
I am Sindhu Sri Kola, completed my Masters (M.Tech) from Chemical Engineering Department at NITK Surathkal, Karnataka and worked as Project Associate at IIT Madras and one year experience as Assistant Professor at Kongu Engineering College, Erode. My B.tech is in Chemical engineering from S.V. University Tirupati- Andhra Pradesh.
I am very passionate about teaching so I want to start my career in the teaching field. I having been teaching Maths and Science since 2014 to school students, I believe that subject should be lively and creative when students are learning new things and I help the students to be more creative and think out of the box.

I find it so exciting to teach and learn new things about Maths and Science. The same way I make it interesting for my students to learn new topics in the subject. Learning new things is awesome and gives new energy and creates interest in the subject and I try to bring that environment to my students so that they thrive to learn more new things.

First I will be trying to know the calibar of the student and the knowledge of that particular student regarding the subject. Then I will try to analyze the way of thinking of the student. According to all these things I will plan the number of classes to be given for each and every topic for that particular student. If the student is not able to understand the subject, I will try to explain with more examples and make the learning process easy for the student.
