About Lindsey
I have been teaching 6th-8th grade math for 11 years, including providing tutoring services. I hold a bachelor's degree in 4-8 Math Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. My extensive experience includes teaching middle school math intervention, on level math, and honors math for over a decade. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my dedication and excellence in teaching. I have been honored as Teacher of the Year for my district, received the Teacher of the Month award, and been a finalist for Teacher of the Year multiple times. With my years of experience working with students of all ability levels, I am confident that I would be an excellent math tutor for your child.
I have been a public school math teacher for 10 years. During that time, I have taught multiple intervention courses. In addition, I have also been tutoring outside of the classroom setting with students who need additional support.

My son always dreaded math until Ms. Skinner began tutoring him. Her ability to explain math concepts to him has greatly improved not only his self-confidence, but his ability on test performance. We are so blessed to have found Ms. Skinner!
Lindsey tutored my daughter when she was in middle school. I can not recommend her enough. My daughter struggles with math, but would always feel more confident after meeting with Lindsey.
