About Tara
I am very passionate about helping other students fully comprehend their material. As a volunteer with more than 400 hours, I love to instill not only knowledge, but confidence in the students I tutor!
I absolutely love interacting with and tutoring young students. Creating a strong bond with them while also helping them through their schoolwork gives me so much happiness! :)
Hello! My name is Tara and I am a first-year undergraduate student at the University of the Pacific. I am currently a Biology/Pre-dental major, and I consider myself to be a very happy and optimistic person! I hope to become a pediatric dentist as I absolutely love interacting with kids! :)
I graduated high school with a 4.33 GPA and at the top 2% of my class after taking 8 AP classes! I have been an active tutor for 4+ years, as I have tutored K-12 students in subjects ranging from mathematics (algebra, statistics, trigonometry & geometry), chemistry, biology, reading & writing, vocabulary, and more! I am very passionate about helping other students fully comprehend their material. As a volunteer with more than 400 hours, I love to instill not only knowledge, but confidence in the students I tutor!
