About Richard

For over 30 years, I have trained teachers Grades 2-12 in alternative strategies for reaching non-traditional students in all content areas, including foreign language.

I will determine the best learning style for you and then aporoach you though your strength areas to make the experience relevant and productive

Learning along with my students is always exciting! I get a lot of pleasure from seeing students succeed.

I began as a public school speech-language pathologist. After 14 years in that position, I began working with school systems across the country in the area of inclusion, co-teaching and adaptive teaching strategies.

I have a masters degree in Speech and Hearing sciences and an undergraduate degree in Foreign Languages i am fluent in Russian and French and have a working knowledge of Spanish, German and Italian.

About the lesson

I like to have an introductory session first. There is no charge for this session. During this session, we will:

1. discuss your current assignments,

2. discover where you feel confident and where you feel in need of assistance.

3. set up our technology so that we can work comfortably.

Before we have the session, I would like to see samples of your current assignments. Of special interest is seeing how you approach your work, so please be sure to send me assignments that you have completed or are now working on.

I may ask you to provide additional information so I can determine how you leasrn best,
