About Alex
I started getting into Education because I wanted to offer the support and guidance to students so they could find the confidence in themselves to tackle the barriers and struggles that come along through school experience.
I have been an Instructional Aide across grade 6th-12th for one school year and now currently a Resident Teacher for Math with 7th & 8th grade.

Getting to know what their school experience is like now. What they have struggled with and also done well in when it comes to math. What they would like to be better at and what pace they like to learn topics in.
I have worked with students from 6th through 12th grade, as well as students with BIP's and IEP's.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should identify specifically what types of problems they want to ask for help about and also what kind of action plan they can take to then ask and go through afterwards.
