About Jancy
I was fortunate enough to have worked alongside many school mentors willing to share with me their strategies for effective student learning. I make sure to accomadate for different learning styles. Keeping in mind that all students have distinct approaches to how they process information. My ultimate goal is to encourage all students to become independent learners. I hope each and every one of them learns to make use of the available resources and builds self-confidence.
What I enjoy most about being a learning assistant is the partnership that is created with the students. I know that by sharing my own experiences and struggles as a student myself, students will have someone to relate to and feel less alone. I enjoy supporting students and most definitely am very fond of watching students succeed and accomplish their goals throughout the process.
