About Zahirin
Hello! I'm Mrs. Cruz! I have a bachelors in Special Education from K-12, a certification on ABA and Autism. Therefore I am confident in ELA, MATH and general subjects. I'm Bilingual, speaking and fluent in Spanish and English. I love helping other people and I'm great finding different ways to explain things to help people better understand. I started teaching ESE on a school on 2014. I have been almost 8 years of experience working with education. Right now I'm a Autism teacher of K-1.

First of all I like to know a little bit from the student to find the best way to the teaching/learning process to be more fun and understandable. I like to find out the students has learned best in the past. I also want to know what makes a subject difficult for the student so I can figure out how to break the information down. I want the student to be open and honest is the are not understanding something or need ir explained a different way. My goal is always to help boost the studen's confidence and help them have a better understanding of the subject.
