About Seema

I enjoy teaching math as kids come up with different questions with different perceptions. I love when they get excited to learn new Math concepts. I try different methods to help kids learn math concepts that makes it easier and fun for kids to learn.

The thing I like most about teaching is interacting with kids, I love learning from them and also helping them understand the content of the subject. I like to teach in a way that they will be able to connect the concepts learned to their daily life. The experiences that I have accumulated by teaching kids over the years is the main reason I keep coming back to teaching kids.

I started teaching kids as a volunteer who were really in need of help with Math and I really enjoy teaching since then.

I have my Bachelor's degree in Math and I love teaching math to kids.

About the lesson

First session with a new student would be more like a diagnostic pre-test session to get an idea about the student on where should I focus on the upcoming sessions. I usually ask student's feedback as well on where they want me to help with!!Also, I personally feel that also strengthen's your realationship and helps you to become more comfortable working with one another.

I have worked with students who have less attention span, some who are really hyper active , some who knows the concepts but does not know how apply the concepts to solve it and many more!!
