About Tyler
I’m 13, and I know how to connect with kids. Because of that, I can get a lot of stuff done. With older tutors, it’s sometimes hard to understand the learning styles of kids.
Math is my absolute favorite subject, and I love helping my classmates and others about it. Math is also one of the subjects that a lot kids struggle with. Math is the main reason people drop out of school, and I want myself and others to be the reason that people want to graduate and not drop out.
I just have a passion for helping people in my classes, and I want to help younger kids so that they don’t struggle in school.
Im in 8th grade, so I’ve been educated in 9 years of math in school grades K-8. I service kids grades K-7 (Common Core Standards).

I typically bring my favorite workbook/practice book and have them review and I see what they know. Then we slowly, with trial and error, practice until they think they are ready.
Other scholars in my class.
Make sure that you are able to connect with them and understand. If you don’t, I recommend asking questions (it’s always okay to ask questions).
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The should at least have to try and attempt to want to learn. Only you can control if you want to learn.
