About May
I love sharing knowledge that I know to help others. I'm patient so I don't mind re-teaching in a different way in case someone doesn't understand. I'd rather someone be honest with me when they don't understand so we can make sure they are actually understanding the material.
I am passionate about math and enjoy helping other understand by breaking down problems and explaining the why to help connect dots for students.
I was a teacher for about 6 years for middle school math and have my applied math BS from UC Merced.
