About Miguel
At MGL Math Tutoring, I specialize in providing personalized math tutoring services in Los Angeles, CA. I am committed to helping all students excel, and my one-on-one sessions are tailored to meet the unique learning needs of each student. From the most basic to complex math topics, I will make sure to support students every step of the way to not only excel academically, but to also establish a stronger understanding of these topics.
With 3+ years of math tutoring experience, I have tutored all grade levels up to university leveled courses. The intricacies of math can be confusing, and without the proper support, I know how frustrating the topic can seem. This is why through MGL Math Tutoring, I will thoroughly support students until they build the confidence to be able to tackle these concepts on their own!
I started tutoring during my senior year of high school (12th grade) in an afterschool program called Beyond the Bell.
I have taken college math courses up to vector calculus and have tutored for 2 years.

Miguel was very good about finding the best way to help my daughter understand her 6 grade math. He didn't give up on her until she understood the lesson. It got to the point where when I got home my daughter wanted to get on this website with Miguel almost every day. Miguel is not only tutoring my kid but giving her a boost of confidence.
