About Nyla
As a third year college student, I've been through many classes. I've never failed a class through college, and have balanced my college life with three jobs.
I am looking to help students with any homework issues that they might have. I worked with another tutoring company for a year and was in high regards with their students.
My favorite moment when working with a student was the 'aha' moment. Where you can see the student understanding the material. Where the gears click, and the problem is solved. When that moment happens I know I am helping the student with their overall learning.
I worked with a tutor company for more then a year. I had many students I helped and that left raving reviews of my process.
I am also a current college student taking classes higher then the students I would be teaching.

I work best when the student tells me what they are working on before the session. That way I can do some background on that topic, so I know I can give the student the best tutoring experience and correct information as possible. I then work with the student through each step, doing my best to guide them to the answer. Many times in math, it helps to work over the first few answers, then to follow along with the student as they do the rest.
