About Ayo
Hey there fellow Nerds! My name is Ayo, I am 17 years old and a recent high school grad (class of 2020) with a strong background with calculus looking to nerd out with fellow teenagers interested in Calculus. I can particularly help with AP Calculus AB, so if you're interested, hit me up!
Accredited scientific studies have shown that children and teenagers learn best from peers who understand the topic they are trying to learn as opposed to from a teacher. This may have something to do with the fact that a teacher is already proficient in what they teach and might not be able to view things from the perspective of a new learner quite as easy as another student who just learned the topic. I enjoy tutoring because it helps me take advantage of this, as a recent learner of the topics I teach myself, to help my students better understand said topics and be able to better themselves with this understanding.
