About Mallory
I'm a newer, young teacher who knows how to relate and interact with the children of this generation. I have a love for math and I am proud to share that love with others through tutoring and teaching. I am a certified K-12 Mathematics teacher, having high honors and awards throughout college for my outstanding grades and teaching achievements.
I am currently a High School Mathematics Teacher and my favorite part is the interactions with my students. I do my best to make it as fun as possible for them, where we are all having fun while learning. I truly enjoy seeing students heads lift up and eyes brighten when my guidance has helped them understand the topic.
I have a Bachelor's in K-12 Education, teaching specifically Mathematics. I am employed as a High School Mathematics Teacher.

I love in person tutoring - however with Covid-19 I have months of experience with virtual learning. I make sure to have printed materials ready, because mathematics is truly learned through practicing. I like to guide and question students through practice problems, without giving any answers, so they can figure it out on their own. My main goal for each session is to make it fun, build it up from basics to harder problems, and to make sure I am clear with my delivery and teaching. If a student can learn and can apply the knowledge by him or herself, I know the session went well.
