I am a college student and I have a good amount of experience with tutoring other students. I also have a lower price than most tutors:

I've always liked tutoring, especially in mathematics. I have a lot of experience with math and love sharing my knowledge with others to further reinforce or improve theirs.

I am currently taking Calculus 1C at De Anza College. I have experience in Physics as well as C++, both in which are subjects that heavily rely on mathematics.

I also take requests for tutoring in C++ and basic physics courses.

About the lesson

I communicate with both the parent and student (or whoever is involved) to understand the student's learning process as well as what they are looking for in a tutor. I try to understand the learning style as well as the past experiences my student has and change my teaching style based on how they learn. Typically I'll ask the student their goals of taking me on as a tutor. If they have a C in a class and want to bring up to a A or they just want to pass, I can help them with that. I can also help a student who wants to just learn and prepare for a class they're taking in the future.
