About Sabrina
I stand out due to the unique learning techniques and methods I offer. Being a highschool student I have had first hand experience with the newer methods and approaches taken to solve math. In addition, the emphasis I put on the idea that mistakes are an essential part of learning and are proof that you are trying. In math there are many ways to solve a problem and finding a student's ideal way is a crucial aspect to seeing them succeed. Moverover, I work well with different personalities and have a positive attitude towards learning. Lastly, I am devoted to helping improve your math skills by using teamwork and perseverance to reach your end goal of improvement. I am a very well-rounded individual and encourage questions and higher levels of thinking. In addition, to help students improve on their math skills I highlight the importance of time management, stress management, study strategies, and self advance and how all these skills significantly improve students well being. Overall, I offer newer and more innovative approaches to learning math to fit ideal students' individual needs.
There are numerous things I enjoy about the work I do, but my favorite would definitely being the significant imrpvment of every student. Overcoming challenges is such a rewarding process, due to all the perseverance and effort put in. Being part of the process of helping a student improve makes me so happy as I see the growth. I also, enjoy the problem solving process and working through problems by active listening and communication.
