About Shaina
I love math! But it wasn't always this way. I found elementary, middle, and high school math extremely challenging. Through a lot of support from tutors I grew to love math and became a middle school math teacher! I've been teaching for 3 years and am looking to continue to grow as a tutor to provide one on one support to students.
I really value making sure students feel heard and understood and that they are excited about math. Learning comes from trust and excitement!
Bachelors of science in biology
