About Samuel
I am currently 20 years old, and a sophomore Engineering and Product Development student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Since my junior year of high school, I have tutored numerous students and peers in mathematics and sciences. Recently, I spent January 2020 at the IIS Cremona Scientific School in Milan, Italy, teaching lab style math and physics classes to Italian high school students. I believe my strong technical background and proficiency in numerous math and science disciplines, along with extensive teaching experience shows why my tutoring service stands out.
I enjoy teaching because I understand that all students do not respond the same to the standard classroom setting. Sometimes all it takes is careful 1 on 1 instruction for a subject to click. In addition, learning how to teach different subjects helps me understand them more deeply myself, which in turn improves how I can teach them.
