About MJ
My service stands out because I'm passionate in the subjects that I choose to tutor, and I believe that learning is a dynamic, life long endeavor that I want to encourage students to continue even in subjects that they may be finding challenging - that's why I'm here to help.
I enjoy helping students find learning methods that work best for them, and helping them grow and improve with some extra guidance. My goal isn't necessarily to simply teach - it's to help students solidify what they're already learning, and to assist them in finding a way to learn that is unique to them.

Initially, I'd like to get to know them. Have them tell me about what exactly they're struggling with in their classes, and what they expect from me and the assistance I'm there to provide. If I'm there to help them with a certain class, I'd ask for a rundown of the entire course so that I can best prepare for the topics that the student is currently or will be learning and need assistance with.
