About Nagaraja

Hello! I am Nagu, and I have a strong foundation in math and physics. I am passionate about helping students excel in these subjects. After graduating at the top of my high school class, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology. I later completed my Master’s degree at the University of Maryland, College Park, and obtained an MBA from an Ivy League school. With 25 years of experience as an engineer and project manager in design and product development, I recently worked as a technology advisor, assisting engineering teams. I have also mentored younger colleagues to complete their tasks effectively.

As the son of a school principal, I have always been driven by a passion for teaching and supporting students academically. Growing up, I enjoyed helping my siblings with their schoolwork. During my undergraduate studies, I taught math topics to students preparing for competitive exams, boosting their self-confidence and helping them excel. I also served as a teaching assistant for 1.5 years, where I tutored undergraduate students in engineering courses, receiving high praise for my efforts. Additionally, I regularly tutor my middle school son in math and science, assisting him with homework and projects.

As an effective tutor, I identify students’ areas of difficulty and customize my approach to meet their specific needs. My goal is to help them complete assignments and advance academically. I am passionate about helping students understand critical concepts, build confidence, and realize their full potential. I actively seek feedback from both students and parents to adjust my tutoring strategies, ensuring a successful engagement. Through timely assistance and clear explanations, I ensure the satisfaction of students.
