About
Hello! My name is Lasair, and I'm a math and science tutor. I've tutored all ages from 4th/5th grade up to post-secondary, with a particular focus in supporting marginalized and neurodiverse learners. As a neurodivergent learner myself, I understand how to present challenging content in ways that are engaging and useful to students with learning differences. I support students holistically, building their confidence and skills until they are ready to tackle any classroom challenge. I have a strong background in education, I currently teach at a one-on-one private academy for middle and high school students. Prior to this, I had 7 years of tutoring experience, from working as a tutor throughout my undergraduate and graduate education. Please reach out if you have any questions!
