About Yingjie
I am a STEM educator with a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and extensive research experience at Harvard University. I specialize in Precalculus, Calculus, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and AP Physics , helping students build deep conceptual understanding rather than simply memorize formulas.
When working with me, students can expect an interactive, supportive, and highly personalized learning experience. I ask thought-provoking questions, connect concepts across different STEM subjects, and teach students how to think critically and solve unfamiliar problems with confidence. My lessons are tailored to each student's strengths and areas for improvement, whether they are preparing for AP exams, challenging coursework, or advanced competitions.
My goal is not only to help students improve their grades and test scores, but also to develop the analytical skills and scientific reasoning that will benefit them throughout college and beyond.
