Here at Elementos Massage, we don’t just treat surface issues - we look for the root causes of your pain. During each session, we listen deeply to your body and teach you how to listen too. Together we can figure out how best to help your body heal naturally. Our goal is actually to help you become less dependent on external support (including bodywork!), and more able to engage your body’s innate healing capacity.

With a focus on Myofascial Release, we also bring to the table time-honored techniques like Swedish, Deep Tissue, Joint Mobilization, and Pre/Post-Natal massage. Not only will you receive a massage tailored to your needs, but you’ll also leave your session with educational tools that expand your awareness of how your body works.

Our relationships to our bodies are just that - relationships. Just like with any relationship, it takes time to build trust, understanding, and communication. The more you learn about how to care for your body, the quicker you’ll be able to recover from pain and injury and spring back to action, balanced and empowered.
