About Joshua
I've been training in MMA for over a decade with specialty in grappling. I earned my purple belt in BJJ back in 2016 and have been training and coaching ever since.
I've been competitive in wrestling for over 20 years and have been coaching at the high school and college level for 8 years.
I am able to guide who I work with to becoming their own best self by getting feedback and constant efforts towards effective techniques. We all have things we are good at, and things we need improvement on, I am patient in finding the best way to get what needs improved to become what we are great at.
