About Sebastian

I have developed wrestlers since 1980, from youth to high school and into college. Success is driven by understanding the basic science of wrestling position vs the student physical capabilities. Can teach or mold individual to match students goals. I am 67 years and seen and been part of high school state championship team, NCAA wrestling team and higher. I can teach folkstyle or freestyle. Success comes slowly to all. What is of true value is what you truly understand and then drill. On a person side I am a retired Aerospace engineer that developed my own son into a 3X state champions, a 3X NCAA champion and a 2004 Freestyle Olympian. I know I can teach wrestling and help put the student on a solid foundation. Your high level success or success in general, will be determined by the basic tools you hone. Conditioning comes and goes each season But wrestling tools are for life. You don't need seventeen different screwdrivers...just one, one hammer, one go to hand tie up, a takedown or two. You get the point.

Teaching students the art of wrestling and seeing the student incorporate their knowledge into their person style.

Started in high school, then junior college followed by coaching in high school from 1978.

60 years personally wrestling, coaching and participating in the development physical or mental.
