About Luke
Hello!
My name is Luke Mazur and I have been helping students improve academically by focusing on taking what most students see as a chore into a skill that they are hungry to improve upon. We work together to implement habits, study strategy, test-taking hacks and fill the learning gaps as they come on a lesson to lesson basis.
I have a B.S in Finance with a minor in US history and went on to get my MBA with a focus in Strategic Technology.
While attending Syracuse and Drexel University I graduated with academic honors while working part-time and playing on the men's ice hockey team.
I am currently working full time for a software company, studying for the LSAT and am passionate about helping students build good habits and set academic goals.
Although I have had academic success later in life, I struggled immensely as a student before going to college was in the near future!
I am well rounded academically and can help students in the social sciences, mathematics, business, writing, reading comprehension and standardized test taking.
