About Yea lin
I am a recent graduate from Queens College with a major in Secondary Education and English. I am a certified English teacher for grades 7-12 (Middle School & High School). I have student taught in 6th, 8th and 12th grade classrooms and have created and taught lessons for 8th grade. I am enthusiastic and encouraging as a teacher. I believe in looking at progress for growth and using data to constantly alter and modify planning/lessons. Reading and writing is something that requires patience, time, and practice. As a tutor/teacher, I will help you stay on track to meet your long-term goals and feel excited about learning!
